A Client's Story of Healing:

She had chronic migraines. And she needed strong, prescription painkillers almost every day. So I advised her to visualize for 3 minutes or so every day that she is telling someone about her miraculous healing, and how she does not get migraines anymore. And then I asked her to write an affirmation 15 times (right after visualization) that went like, "I, (her name), am completely free of migraines now". Within a month her migraines stopped completely, and she didn't need painkillers anymore.

SUCCESS STORY: Achieve AMAZING Physical Healing Through Manifestation

Story Time! Many years back, in 2006, when I gave birth to my second child, I was diagnosed with "dangerously high cholesterol".

Now, this was a shocker for me, because all through pregnancy I could eat nothing but cucumbers, lettuce, and sometimes bananas because I had extreme sensitivity to taste and smell. I couldn't imagine how I could have managed to get high cholesterol on that diet!

My doctor was horrified at the numbers and said I will need to be on medication for life. But I didn't want that, so I asked her, "Can we wait for 30 days before starting the medication?". She said she doesn't see anything changing in 30 days, but if I could improve my diet and exercise and if my cholesterol went down, she would think about it.

Most of us do this.

We go to bed and then worry about everything we can remember. Or we have mental conversations with people where we are arguing with them and “putting them in place”. Or we imagine the worst possible things.

And the next day we wake up to live the same life we have been living, one that gives us enough things to worry about.

Why is life not changing for the better?

One of the biggest reasons is what I mentioned above.

The time just before we go to sleep is powerful.

That is the time when our subconscious mind is most accessible to programming. It is our subconscious mind that creates our lives. Our conscious mind fills the subconscious with information, and the subconscious mind creates accordingly.

The subconscious does not judge. It will not stop to wonder if this will cause you happiness or sadness. It follows the instructions that the conscious mind gives it.
