I have been hearing from many that life has been tough lately. Let us take a proactive approach towards changing our lives. Let’s do a GRATITUDE EXPERIMENT for some time and see how things change for us. Are you up for it? Apart from your beautiful comments that you write below for me (and I LOVE LOVE LOVE reading them), come here every day, and write down at least 3 things you are grateful for on that particular day. And write it in full sentences like this:


  1. I am grateful for all the comments I read from you all here on my blog because they make me feel happy that I am helping you.
  2. I am grateful for the yummy lunch I had at the restaurant today because I didn’t have to cook.
  3. I am grateful for my husband’s friend who came and fixed a long-standing problem in our roof today because we had no idea how to do it ourselves, and now our porch won’t be flooded with water when it rains.

So come here daily this week and write in the comments below, 3 things you are grateful for on THAT particular day in the format, “I am grateful for ______ because ________”. And then tell me at the end of the month if this exercise made any difference in your lives, in your moods, your relationships etc.

This week the main focus, in a nutshell, is about healing matters of the heart. We are being called upon to be the nurturing, compassionate, loving beings, and forgive, and heal our relationships. Even if you do not wish to associate with someone who is toxic, please do forgive, for your own peace. Because this week unless we let go of hurt, anger etc, we are going to be spending a lot of time in our heads worrying, imagining negative conversations, thinking of sad stuff, and driving ourselves crazy.

If you have had a misunderstanding or problem with someone you care for a lot, and if it is in your hands at all to talk it out lovingly and sort this, please do it. And if it just cannot be done, then do it in your heart. Have a soul to soul conversation with the person and imagine resolving the issue, and reconciling with them.

This week focuses on a very important relationship in your life. This person could be your soulmate or twin flame. And this does not have to be a romantic relationship always. This kind of a connection just means that this person is very important to your soul. They could be a family member, a friend, a colleague…or a romantic partner. If there are problems, heal them. This week is about bringing hearts together. Relationships will grow stronger, and with time the connection will only deepen. There will be mutual respect, love, and understanding.

You will feel this magnetic connection with this person. You will feel like they are a part of you.

It could also mean it is a good time to find a job/career/vocation/project that aligns deeply with your heart and soul.

This week we might find ourselves in a worrying kind of mindset. We might find ourselves imagining the worst case scenarios. We might find ourselves imagining hurtful conversations with someone. Please don’t. Be aware of this energy, and as soon as you catch yourself worrying, remind yourself that most of what you are stressing over will not happen. But if you keep imagining these things with strong emotions, you might be actively manifesting it all. So when you catch yourself in a negative thought wave, tell yourself, “STOP”, and then start thinking of what you really want in your life. Or think of something sweet and pleasant. Think of someone who fills your heart with love.

From the last few weeks, the angels have been encouraging us to create. This week too they say the same thing. In fact, a lot of the worrying and negative thinking will be taken care of if you focus on being creative & nurturing. Anything you give your focus to lovingly at this time will flourish and grow. So if you are thinking of relationships, family etc, there will be happy experiences. There could be chances of pregnancy for some of you, or for someone close. Or there could be the birthing of new ideas, projects, or businesses.

Many will experience healing of health issues – physical or emotional. Just be sure to tend to your (or your loved ones’) physical & emotional wellbeing with your loving care. It is time to be The Empress – the mother. the wife, the beloved. And as you take care of others, take care of you too.

It is a great time to move forward with your plans – personal or work-related. Artistic pursuits will be well rewarded too.

  6. Be VERY aware of where your thoughts and emotions are going. The moment you catch yourself worrying or thinking negatively, stop your chain of thoughts immediately, and refocus your attention to what you really want to manifest in your life.
  7. Engage in artistic, creative projects.
  8. Give your loving, nurturing attention to whatever project you are birthing.
  9. Give your loving, nurturing attention to your relationships.
  10. Be patient with yourself and with others.
  11. Bring balance to your life. If you are stressed and overworked, ask for help.
  12. Listen to the ideas of others and do consider if they could be good for you. In other words, do not be stubborn. 🙂
  13. Try to see things from the point of view of another.
  14. Reconcile with loved ones if you can.
  15. You don’t need to face your challenges alone. Ask for help.
  16. If you are feeling left out in the cold by someone, see if having a heart to heart talk with them will help you both reconcile. If you are the one cold-shouldering someone who matters to you, take a forgiving approach and be loving.
  17. If you see a stressful situation ending, let it end. Let go, and let it end. It might need to be gone from your life, or a fresh new healed beginning might come through.
