Not Feeling Happy? Do this Simple Meditation and feel MUCH better!

Here is a short and sweet method to feel MUCH better very very quickly. 

When we expand our awareness from our human selves to One-ness with God-Self, we relax, feel happy, improve our creativity, health, and in general, can solve our problems very effectively. In fact, connecting to source energy is one of the best things we can do for ourselves.

You can do this in minutes.

So take a few minutes often and do this exercise during your day. You will feel immediate relief from whatever emotional state you are in, and with regular practice, your emotions, in general, will go to higher and higher frequencies.

Read this through and understand, and then begin:

1. Sit or lie down comfortably so that your focus is not on bodily discomfort. Notice how you are feeling. If you were to give a rating to how you are feeling right now, with 1 being feeling really low, and 10 being feeling totally blissful, where would you place yourself? Do THIS When Your Heart Is Breaking For Someone Who Is Broken

Do you sometimes find yourself helpless…

…because you are trying to help someone, but there seems to be no effect at all? Or you might really care for them, but they won’t listen to you, or will not talk to you?

You see them hurting, you see them breaking apart, you see their lives getting ruined, but your words or efforts just do not get through to them?

There are times when all we can do is pray and hope for the best. However, apart from praying, you can also do a few other things:

  1. If they are totally not receptive to your words/efforts, let go of trying to approach them directly.
  2. Visualize them in your mind, and send them pink light. Surround them in pink light. Pink light is the color of Divine Love. Ask Divine Love to surround them, and help them. Once you have them in a bubble of Pink Light/Divine Love, imagine them happy, and their problem resolved.

Angel Reading: What is 2021 like for you?

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! I pray 2021 will be much kinder on the world, and that it will continue the spate of wonderfulness for me that started in 2020. I have much to be grateful for this year.

Some of the things I am grateful to 2020 are:

1. Launching my dream - my online Academy!

2. 2020 made sure that hubby and kiddos stayed home, and I loved that very much! 

3. 2020 made sure I got the slower pace of life I had longed for.

4. My Conscious Manifestation skills went through the roof!

5. Hubby got a FABULOUS job at the time of the hiring freeze (yep, Conscious Manifestation!).

6. Daughter graduated from college with a medal.

7. Son graduated from Middle School super happy that he could learn from home. He had been stressed, and this helped him feel better.

And there is so much more that I manifested in 2020 that I am grateful for. Point is, even though 2020 was awful for many, if we look, we will find many blessings within this year.

They are here to guide us and protect us. If we are able to communicate with them, we make our lives easier, happier, and we help them do their jobs better.

Do This For A Much Better 2021

2020 has been a terror for most. I think we can all agree to that.

We can also agree that we all want 2021 to be far better, no matter what our country, race, religious beliefs, or political affiliations. 

I have changed a lot for the better in my life just by using the Law of Assumption as taught by Neville Goddard.

There is a short and simple technique that he taught, one that I often to manifest whatever I want in life. This is one of the reasons 2020 was actually quite nice for me personally.

We are all flooded with quotes, memes, and well-meaning people saying – just be happy. While that’s a great suggestion, we must never forget we are only human. And we have been blessed with a wide range of emotions. We will also have a wide range of experiences throughout our lives. Some days go like a fragrant breeze of cool air. And some days just suck. They just do. Sometimes there is a reason to feel down, and somedays you just do, for no seeming reason.

 

And it is OK.

It is OK if somedays you just cannot get yourself to smile no matter how hard you try. And some days are so bad that you don’t even feel like trying. That is OK too.
